Being Aware of Angels in YOUR Life
Hello Friends!
In my experience with Angels, I've learned a good deal about what is important about us from the Angels' perspective, and why paying attention to signs of their presence can be incredibly helpful in our lives, so in order to share this information with you, I've written the following...
Namaste, ZARA
The golden moments in the stream of life rush past us and we see nothing but sand; the angels come to visit us, and we only know them when they are gone. ~George Elliot
"I thought I'd write and tell you how fabulous it feels to command the respect I deserve so that I am not constantly mistreated. It is a wonderful feeling and I feel that all credit goes to you, it is only the beginning of this. I must continue to set these healthy boundaries for all types of relationships because I will no longer be allowing anyone to treat me as a doormat. There's no reason for it. The more I repeat this new behavior of self-respect, the more assured I feel. Thank you very much, ZARA." L.G., Bridgeport, MI

Pain Relief with Self-Hypnosis and Self Guided Imagery

Everyone experiences trance every day of their lives and so do you. You may never have called it hypnosis, but still, hypnosis it is and you have experienced it.
To give examples of how you may have experienced hypnosis without even realizing it...Have you ever been driving along a familiar highway, when you suddenly realize you have driven past your exit and you wonder how this may have happened? You know you were awake. You were driving. Yet, deep in thought and "on automatic" you drove past your exit. You saw it but you didn't see it. You were in trance. You may not have called it trance, but it was trance and another word for trance is hypnosis. So even if you think you have never been hypnotized, the fact is, you experience it regularly and you can learn to use this natural gift to help yourself feel better at any time.
Another example of hypnotic trance is gazing out the window when someone…
